When we begin this work, my first priority will always be to develop a real, authentic connection with you. My goal is to see and honor your specific needs, and I know that a relationship built on true understanding is essential in achieving that. I see and honor the potential and power within each person I work with. I want my clients to know they have the tools and ability to achieve balance, freedom, and self-fulfillment within their own lives.

We will begin by discussing the areas in your life in which you are seeking change, as well as what essential components make up your lifestyle and routine. We will look at your relationship to spiritual practices, what foods you eat, your exercise routine. I trust your instincts on what needs the most attention, and I will prioritize alongside you. Every aspect of your practice will come from this shared understanding.

From here I will design a balanced, healthy, nutritional plan made for your body and any restrictions it may have.

 

This curated plan will be rich with locally sourced foods, herbs, and supplements.

 

The proper nourishment of your body is an essential part of your healing journey.

Next, we explore your movements and physicality. From injury, to illness, to extreme anxiety, I will create a personalied, daily routine for you. This routine will consist of a customized yoga practice, as well as a set of movements and postures designed to release any tension or pain in your body. This part of your journey will strengthen and heal your body, as well as your own intuitive connection to it.

Following this we move to the breath. I choose specific breath work and guided meditations (both with and without mantras) to best serve you in finding your place of internal balance and peace.

Finally we move to the psyche. I create a safe space--free of any judgement--where we explore any underlying hardships such as fears, anxieties, pains, or loneliness. As you share, I will guide  through the wisdom of Eastern Philosophy and provide you with the tools for a more successful, fulfilled, and joyous life.

The work I teach today is the very same work that saved my life nearly twenty years ago. I believe it is my life’s calling and my dharma-responsibility to share my knowledge and help others on their path to healing, liberation, and self-fulfillment.
