Please schedule this 90 minute session when were are meeting for the first time whether you are scheduling for nutrition, yoga therapy, weight loss and movement, life wellness, gut health, or immune system. This is a full intake on your health, your lifestyle and all the questions and issues you want to explore when working with me.

Cancellation Policy

If needing to cancel or reschedule a session, a requirement of 24 hours ahead of the session is required. Payment will be forfeited if these requirements are not met.
