How to Change Your Eating Habits

We all grow up in different kinds of households with different traditions about how we eat. The amount of information out there today can be mindbooggling and just overwhelming. I totally belive that changes can be made by everyone that truly wants to.
I often tell people that there is no one way for all and because of different circumstances we all need to eat a bit differently but similar. When we were hunter gatherers we ate a diverse amount of different foods that created many different microbiomes in our gut and truthfully we were a healthier species. Scientists say we regularly ate about 500 different bacterias on a regular basis. Today we eat about 15 and not even enough of those 15. Modern science is convinved that the gut health is the ruler of the whole human body including the mind-brain. So that being said I think the first place to start with changing your eating habbits is creating better gut health with increasing the kinds and amounts of different gut bacteria. I call that change the beginning of an improved immune system and baby steps towards greater health and wellness.
